How is my watch authenticated?
Every watch is guaranteed authentic. Qualified watch professionals check its mechanical operation, original components, serial numbers and any available documentation.
Does my watch come with a warranty?
The remaining manufacturer’s warranty comes with the watch where it applies and transfers. Otherwise, no warranty is offered unless stated in writing at the time of sale. Vintage watches have no warranty unless we say so in writing.
How do payment and shipping work?
After you order, Richfields emails an invoice number and wiring instructions. Orders with cleared payment before 12 PM ET, Monday to Friday, generally ship the same business day, excluding federal holidays. Ground or overnight shipping within the US is charged at cost. Each shipment is fully insured and requires an adult signature.
Can I return a watch?
Returns are considered within 3 calendar days of delivery, for store credit only. The watch must be unworn and unaltered, with all original packaging, tags and documents, and proof of purchase. New watches, special orders and engraved or modified pieces are final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to approved international destinations. Wire transfer is required for buyers outside the US. Shipping is charged at international rates, and the buyer is responsible for duties, taxes and import charges.
